-SWEDISH MASSAGE:

This classic form of therapeutic massage is a full-body treatment using various techniques to enhance relaxation and alleviate muscle aches and pains.

-NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY:

This style of intensive therapy consists of working on a single area of the body where pain has been persistent. The Therapist searches for areas of hyper-tonicity and uses direct pressure to relieve the client’s tension.

-FACE, HANDS, & FEET:

Being on  your feet all day or typing at a computer, extremities can get overworked. A simple Swedish massage to your face, hands, and feet can be just the type of relaxation and rejuvenation those overworked and under-treated parts need.

-DEEP TISSUE:

A Swedish massage penetrating deep into the muscles of chronic tension.

-SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY:

There are five aspects to sports massage:

-- Enhance the athlete’s physical and mental recovery from strenuous activities.

       -- Improving a debilitating condition.

-- Rehabilitation after a disabling injury.

       -- Maintain optimal health.

--  Prepare for or recover from a specific event.

REFLEXOLOGY:

Reflexology falls into the area of ancient alternative medicine. It involves pressing and massaging very specific points on the hands and feet to open energy channels and encourage stimulation of the body’s vital organs.

-PREGNANCY MASSAGE:

Therapy tailored specifically for the expectant mother’s needs.  Using proper positioning, massage can help decrease swelling in arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints.
